Philadelphia Moving

I hardly knew ye, Phillyist audience. I have only been here since the reboot, but I have made the most if it, belittling both you and your problems since then.

When my friend Joe came to me and told me he wanted me to write for Phillyist, I was really excited. I was wasting away on my own blog with no audience and no editors to cut out the jokes that I really loved. Honestly though, the editors here have been great and made this experience a blast.

I was really disappointed when I heard Phillyist would be going the way of the Wendy's Super Bar. I thought we had a pretty good thing going here, but all-you-can-eat taco salad can only last so long. Only the good die young?

I hope the editors and staffers enjoy all the luck over at their new venture, KeyPulp. I think a little more freedom will really let what they are trying to do come out. There are some really smart, funny, dedicated people working on this site, and I know that will translate in their new venture.

As for me, I'll still be writing snarky, mean advice. Not quite sure where yet, but you can bet this Bad Person will continue to dole out Good Advice.
